2019 Ford GT Review – Interior, Exterior, Engine, Release Date, and Price

The 2019 Ford GT is all set to be released soon and what has gotten us all into a tizzy are the leaked images and let us just state right off the bat that the images hardly do the car any justice. The new model is a sports car and as one, it is certainly one for the books.  It seems that Ford is planning to develop only a few models so you may want to fill up the GT application at the earliest if you are to have any hope of purchasing it. So let’s take a closer look at it, shall we?

The 2019 Ford GT is all ready to be launched soon; the new model which is a Ferrari based hypercar comes loaded with 637 HP which should clue you in as to how powerful this car can be and more. This is not a family car but if you love speed and power, you would love this model and more.  The only downside to what we can see is that you cannot drive this car on normal roads. And you certainly cannot give full vent to the throttle and push the car screaming at top speeds, down Manhattan mid-day traffic, but that being said, it certainly thrums with a new life and stands out for all the right reasons.

Exterior, under the hood:

The 2019 Ford GT comes with a near perfect aerodynamic design which should reduce drag on the rest of the car as it revs up at top speed. The new model comes with an adaptable suspension which should help make this a sweet ride. From the front fascia to the side panels, the flowing lines to the rear end, it is indeed even a pleasure to just eyeball the car. It comes with LED headlights along with running LED, and the roof slopes to the rear end with a nice finish.  The tail end is raised slightly and is adjustable as the car revs up.

It comes with top end tires, which are broad enough to provide you with a better grip and traction on the roads. It also comes with red rear tail lights and should be able to move to 60 mph from standstill in three seconds or less which should tell you just how powerful the car truly is.

The 2019 Ford GT is a two-seater but would not be that surprised to hear if it comes as a single seater in future variants. It comes with a robust navigation system as well as plush leather seats, which are heated and a steering wheel that is easy to control.  But keep in mind that this car is more than a sports car, it is a performance car from the front bumper to its tail lights at the rear.

What that means is that you may have to do a trade off with some of the comforts that you may be used to in other cars, so if you were expecting things like climate control or premium audio speakers, you may be a little disappointed.

Drivetrain, specs, launch date, price:

The 2019 Ford GT comes with 3.5-liter V6 engine and 656 horsepower; it is certainly a powerful car and one that goes from 0 to 60 MPH in under three seconds flat. The new model is expected to be launched by early next year and it is currently pegged at $500000. The car is indeed expensive but for true car aficionados, the price would truly be worth it.
