When it comes to crossovers, luxury crossovers get the top billing for obvious reasons but it seems that 2019 Nissan Quest is all set to buck the trend as the news of the minivan’s imminent launch did the rounds. Naturally, we decided to collate all the info that we could locate on the upcoming model and sifted through interviews, leaked images, and even vetted the rumours before going ahead with the review.
Let’s just state for the record that we were blown away by the images as it provided us with a glimpse of what this minivan had to offer; so let’s tackle it and take a closer look at the new Nissan quest, shall we?
2019 Nissan Quest Overview:
It seems that the 2019 Nissan Quest comes with the same block shape and angular lines as last year but keep in mind that high roof and the squared rear end, the van has indeed managed to carve a niche for itself in this stratified market. But we do hope that when the van gets a new makeover, they would d away with the bulky look and co-opt something that’s more aerodynamic. The new model does come with more than a few changes and is definitely looking all the better for it.
Exterior, under the hood:
The 2019 Nissan Quest is offered in various trims and comes with a huge chrome grille with wraparound glass, giving the minivan a nice aggressive look. As far as styling goes, there have been more than a few changes, making it look even more refined and aggressive in the process. The grille and the front end have been ramped up along with Quest S and SV being launched with 16-inch wheels while the SL and platinum trims come with 18-inch wheels. It is a little shorter than its competition but more than makes up for it with more headroom in the interior.
The LED headlights, as well as the front bumper, have undergone mild changes, the side panels remain the same and as for the rear end, it sports on the same changes as the front end. The overall styling is from the chrome grille to the high roof managed to make the van stand out, for obvious reasons. The overall impression is that the Quest is a lot easier on the eye now as the higher trims are downright comfy.
The 2019 Nissan Quest comes with a complete makeover on the interior; it comes with heated leather seats (for the top trims) and a driver’s seat that can be adjusted in multiple positions making it easier for you to enter and get out of the van with ease.
The dashboard is elegantly designed with instrument clusters within easy access along with a large touchscreen infotainment panel. The new model also comes with advanced safety features and several add-ons, along with double layer cushion for the seats, along with metallic trim and colour-coded interior panels as well as sound deadening features which should make driving this van seem sweet.
2019 Nissan Release Date, and Price
