2019 Volkswagen Golf Review – Interior, Exterior, Engine, Release Date, and Price

It seems that we would soon be getting a spank new design with the launch of 2019 Volkswagen Golf. Given the fact that it’s about to be launched sometime next year and that most of the details are being kept strictly under wraps, we had to go on fishing expeditions to prep this review. With the help of the few leaked images which we located online, we can guess what Volkswagen was aiming for and decided to go ahead and prep this review; so let’s take a closer look at the same, shall we?

2019 Volkswagen Golf Overview:

The 2019 Volkswagen Golf is bound to come out sometime by mid-June as production is yet to begin, but the buzz has already started to pick up. This was to be expected given that Volkswagen is redesigning one of its popular cars and naturally, everyone’s curious to see what the new hatchback looks like. For what it’s worth, we can confirm that the new car does sport on a brand new design but one that does not depart too much from its earlier design.  And it looks as good as ever, which was indeed welcome news.

Exterior, under the hood:

The 2019 Volkswagen Golf comes with the tweaked design but still stays true to its earlier variant; it sports on a brand new grille with chrome accents along with LED headlights with cornering. The LED headlights have been restyled and look a lot better than they did earlier on and the VW badge looks as good as ever before. The new model comes with a slightly larger wheelbase; the side panels with better contouring and flowing lines.

And to add to the mix, enhanced suspension for a smooth ride, a gently sloping roofline, and you have a neatly designed car that you can move around in. The rear end gets the same treatment as the front and comes with LED tail lights, overall the effect on the car and its aerodynamic design are indeed as good as it gets and more.

The car comes with the same wheels as before but it seems that this time around, you get more of a colour choice than you used to do earlier on. What makes this car stand out is the sheer quality be it its design or the way it performs and even its drivetrain, and each time it managed to edge out the competition. We hope to see more of the same this time around as well.

The 2019 Volkswagen Golf comes with a revamped interior, with plush padded seats with fabric and leather on the higher trims, it comes with a neatly contoured dash with instrument cluster and displays panel front and centre. It comes with power adjustable driver’s seat, along with climate control, power steering, large touchscreen infotainment system. The car also comes with enough space on the interior with enough leg and headroom along with decent cargo space. It also comes with several advanced safety measures, as well as adaptive cruising, driver assist and much more.

Engine, Release Date, and Price

The 2019 Volkswagen Golf comes with the same drivetrain as before but given the power that it comes with (for a hatchback), it was a good idea to retain the same, Since the automaker has kept most of the specs under lock and key, we may have to wait a bit to get our hands on this model as it is coming out only by June 2019. The pricing for the model is set at $25825 for the base trim.
